A 2-hour rush is dedicated and door-to-door, typically picked up within 30 minutes and delivered in under two hours. Same-day deliveries are picked up within about an hour and delivered by end of day. For true emergencies we offer a 1-hour super-rush, quoted live by dispatch.
We cover the Puget Sound metro in three zones — the Seattle city core (Zone 1), the inner metro including Bellevue and Renton (Zone 2), and the greater Sound out to Redmond, Kent, and north Tacoma (Zone 3). Yes. Every delivery is tracked on a live map from pickup to drop-off, with status alerts by text and email to both you and your recipient: order placed, picked up, in transit, arriving, and delivered. A timestamped photo and/or signature proof-of-delivery is captured at the door.
