How tracking worksThe whole metro, mapped.
Three zones from the city core out to the greater Sound. Your zone sets your pickup ETA — the closer in, the faster we’re at your door.

- Zone 2 · Inner Metro10–20 miPickup ~45 min
- Zone 3 · Greater Sound20–35 miPickup ~60 min
Beyond Zone 3? We run scheduled and long-radius deliveries across the greater Puget Sound — ask dispatch for a quote.

The businesses we run for.
We turned on same-day at checkout and our local sales jumped. Orders flow straight to Meridian, customers watch it move on a map — it feels like we have our own fleet.
We had a filing due at the courthouse in 90 minutes. One call, a dedicated driver, signed chain-of-custody, delivered with 20 minutes to spare. They are our go-to now.
Our daily specimen route is the same driver, the same window, every single day. HIPAA-trained, temperature-aware, and the on-time rate is genuinely 99%+.
