Yes. Every delivery is tracked on a live map from pickup to drop-off, with status alerts by text and email to both you and your recipient: order placed, picked up, in transit, arriving, and delivered. A timestamped photo and/or signature proof-of-delivery is captured at the door.

We carry $1M in cargo and commercial-auto liability and are bonded. Every parcel is scanned and photographed at pickup and delivery. In the rare event of loss or damage, our coverage applies and a dispatch lead works the claim with you directly.

If a 2-hour rush misses its committed window because of us — not weather, traffic incidents, or an inaccessible address — that delivery is free. We commit the window in writing before pickup so there is no ambiguity.

Yes. For court filings, original contracts, and sensitive documents we maintain a documented, signed chain-of-custody at every hand-off, with tamper-evident handling and signature proof-of-delivery. Dedicated rush is recommended for deadline filings.
