A 2-hour rush is dedicated and door-to-door, typically picked up within 30 minutes and delivered in under two hours. Same-day deliveries are picked up within about an hour and delivered by end of day. For true emergencies we offer a 1-hour super-rush, quoted live by dispatch.
Yes. Every delivery is tracked on a live map from pickup to drop-off, with status alerts by text and email to both you and your recipient: order placed, picked up, in transit, arriving, and delivered. A timestamped photo and/or signature proof-of-delivery is captured at the door.
If a 2-hour rush misses its committed window because of us — not weather, traffic incidents, or an inaccessible address — that delivery is free. We commit the window in writing before pickup so there is no ambiguity.
