Privacy
We collect only what we need to dispatch and prove a delivery — names, addresses, contact details, and proof-of-delivery photos/signatures. Recipient data is used to complete and confirm deliveries and is never sold. For medical accounts, protected health information is handled under HIPAA-compliant protocols.
Pricing & quotes
Prices shown are illustrative starting points for this template and vary by distance, weight, time-of-day, and volume. Every delivery is quoted before pickup. Zones, ETAs, and surcharges are examples for demonstration.

The “What do you need delivered?” picker and any quote tool show illustrative tiers, ETAs, and prices for demonstration only. They are not a binding quote; a real quote is confirmed by dispatch before pickup.
Tracking & live data
Live tracking, ETAs, and the sample shipment shown are illustrative for this template. In production they would be powered by GPS and dispatch data; this static template uses mock status data.
On-time guarantee
The on-time guarantee applies to dedicated 2-hour rush deliveries that miss a committed window due to our performance, and excludes weather, traffic incidents, inaccessible or incorrect addresses, and force majeure. Terms are confirmed in writing before pickup.

Terms of service
By booking a delivery you agree that pricing, ETAs, and service levels are confirmed by dispatch before pickup; that delivery times depend on distance, traffic, and conditions; and that liability is limited to our stated cargo and commercial-auto coverage. Prohibited items, hazardous materials, and anything outside our metro courier scope may be declined. These template terms are illustrative and should be replaced with reviewed legal terms before launch.
